My flowerhorn has been bloated for 3 days.

Test the water asap. Try some Epsom salt 5tbs per 5g. Dose some metronidazole to the tank for now.
Would it be better for me to move the flowerhorn to a smaller tank just for 15-20 mins with epsom salt in it or to add epsom salt to the main 55g tank? Sorry for all the questions but I need to treat him asap

Treat in main tank, and just confirm with vendor that their product has no additional additives. It looks pureby the listing?

While common place in North America, not all pharmacies overseas carry magnesium sulphate.

Should be scent and chemical free epsom salt. Wouldn’t try anything being used for agriculture.

Ingredients state that it’s just epsom salt. Is there any way I can confirm after getting the product? It’s super cheap so I can just buy it anyway.

Shows under ingredients as just epsom salt. Under uses it says that it can be used as a fertilizer and for relaxation and muscle pain so maybe it’s just plain magnesium sulphate. Any way I can confirm that it’s safe for aquarium use after getting the product? Also 5 tbsp per 5 gal so I should add around 800 grams to my main tank right(55gallons)? Does it have any side effects if by any chance i add too much? Once again sorry for the stupid questions just wanna be sure not to harm my fish.

Not sure how to confirm. Can always co tact the seller and ask. Yea can do 800g. Safe for most fish. Not that I’ve seen and other keepers have used it on flowerhorns.
