For M.Cambodgiensis vs T.Cochinchinensis one should take notice of the shape of their mouths. One has more of an upturned look to the mouth creating a more rectangular look to the body (similar to T.Miurus). VS the more oval shaped body of the T.Cochinchinensis

Tetrodon Turgidus

Tetrodon Abei
Tetrodon Turgidus and Tetrodon Abei are both very similar looking species of target puffer, but on closer inspection, you will find that the T.Turgidus tends to be more brown with a much tighter spot pattern that spreads across its belly.
Where as with T.Abei, the spots pattern is more sparse and contains hints of red. The belly area will rarely have the patterning spread all the way across and as tight knit compared to the T.Turgidus.
