As you can see in picture the scales of flower horn are popped it recently had white spot desease and still under medication suddenly now this ?. What is the red colour and scales in that region have popped help ? Thanks

What ever I do my Arowana keeps getting white line on its eye then I use penicillin to cure but keeps returning after several days. Need help thanks
