fish feed

Hi besties, I would like to prepare homemade fish feed for my flowerhorn and cichlid varieties. I don't know how to prepare and what are the exact ingredients for making nutrition rich fish feed. I am mainly preparing for ingredients locally available like wheat, soya, corn, market prawn etc...

Hi friends, Need some idea about fish food. Which ingredient is very, very important to enhance the fish natural color. I mean what kind of vitamins, minerals and protein etc. Especially for flowerhorn and river cichlids. Suggestions are welcome. Regards, Titanium
