to small a tank

this isn't mine. Found this on craigslist in Orange County. a 12 gallon fluval with a 6in jardini arowana and 2 parrots. this is unbelievable, for those people on Orange County someone needs to go get these fish (and save them). somehow the tank size looks fine but I bet its just the picture. I...
