Decided to sell my 100 gallon glasss setup i just built the other week.
Nice setup, just to narrow for the fish i want to keep in the future.

This is the post i put up for craigslist, i just copied and pasted here.
I didn't feel like retyping for MFK memebers, im sure alot of you guys dont need all the info and crap.

100 gallon glass aquarium
6' long X 24" tall x 13.5"wide
(camera broke, using a cheap one that takes horrible pictures, sorry)

Custom wooden stand made with:
2x4s, plywood, 3"high grade screws, high gloss acrylic enamel paint.
Stand is strong and will last forever.
Its jsut a basic and plane right now, i was planning to upgrade later.
Could add panels, cosmetic trimming, another shelf above, box the entire thing in, etc etc.

The tank is not brand new, has a solid 16" glass center brace, has an average amount of
scratches when filled, and i added extra aquarium sealer to the vertical edges of the tank
for more strength and longvity.

I purschaed two ocean clear canister filters for the setup and decided to have them run
above the aquarium. You dont have to worry about power outages, low water levels or
leaky pipes as much with the filtration above.
The first canister is filled with all types of media:filter media, filter bruches, pot scrubbies,
bio balls, coarse filter pad, etc. The second cansiter has the large pool style filter in there
with the carbon pads.
Ocean clean canisters are designed with a front valve that allows you to purge the system.
What that means is that you can attach a water hose, adjust valves and run water thru the
canister backwards, and you can drain/clean the cansiters without even having to open them up.
I call it the lazy man's filter.
Right now i have the purge setup for the 2nd filter, you could add it to the 1st if you wanted.
Filtration works great, had a large rio pump(3100 i think) on there but the propeller broke so
i have a smaller one running right now. I believe the ocean clear canisters can take alot of
psi.

Setup will include: Glass tank, stand, filtration system with piping and media, 4 port air pump,
gravel, aquarium plants, large heater, aquarium rocks, one bichir, and hard airlines.

NEW cost: 100 gallon aquarium ~200, Stand 200, Two ocean clear canister filters 130-200 X 2,
air pump/heater 65, piping/media 65, gravel plants and rocks 45.
Cost to setup brand new: About $885

If you bought used parts to build:100 gallon aquarium ~100, Stand 145, Two ocean clear canister filters 85 and 70,
air pump/heater 40, piping/media 40, gravel plants and rocks 30.
one for now.
Cost to buy used parts and do yourself: about $510

Im asking $400 OBO or decent trades.

I am not a profesional business, i am only an aquarium hobbyist.
I build a few custom aquariums/ponds a year for my personal use or to resell.
Some for bedrooms, some for living rooms, freshwater mostly, business enviorment, etc.
Building brand new aquariums can be very expensive, so i try to stay cost effective buy building things myself,
using used but good condition tanks, and using high quality supplies/materials used or not.

Here are some pictures of my other setups.
