When I was digging out the last of my 5 Albino Adonis out for their new owner about 1000 eggs was in the cave with it. I was quite surprised. They fell into my landing net when I shook him/her out of a 18" pleco cave. I bunch fell through the net but I saved some. I don't expect any to survive with the rough handling they got and they may not even have been fertilized since I don't see any development (or they were just laid). I put some in egg tumblers just to see what happens (WAY more eggs than they were designed for). It would be nice to have a few develop and see if they would all be Albino.

I divided the wigglers into 2 tanks with a couple hundred each (impossible to count). Growing a little every day. They like to cluster in the top corner or 2 of the tank like a swarm of bees (where I can't get a picture of them). Also the ones floating around quickly latch onto your arm when it is in the tank like a bunch of mosquitoes that you have to shake off.DSC_5021.JPG
