10g salt, made my own live rock. Need to seed it.

Check it out, very bare bones saltwater setup. It was very inexpensive by design. The idea was that I wanted to make some liverock and test it. So far so good.
The rock is hyper porous.

What's a good way to safely seed the rock?

It will seed itself in the tank with bacteria and some algae. To speed the process, and to increase diversity of organisms, one may introduce fragments of live rock containing assorted biota, while being careful not to introduce undesirable species.
