Okay so, I recently got a 15G. It's 55cm by 30cm by 35.

What I've already planned is that I'll be having fine gravel on the bottom and it's going to be heavily planted, with some wood too, I'll be using ferts and root tabs as well.

The water parameters generally are:
  • 10-14 dGH (Hard to tell because the test kit is pretty bad, can barely tell colour change but the country doesn't allow shipment of stuff like this for regular citizens plus fish stores are just copy cats of one another)
  • 7.2PH
  • 24°-28°C

Are there many options for this tank?

You have a lot of options that will depend on what you like.

I think it would make an awesome pea puffer tank.

A shrimp tank.

Or some small schoolers and Pygmy corys.

Bettas are gorgeous and fun too.

Thanks!
I like the first and third option a lot- (Since I have five bettas and a river shrimp tank)

Do you think Celestial Pearl Danios will work with some Pygmy Cories?

How many Pygmy Cories do you think could thrive in there?

Nice looking little tank. Personally might go for a small colony of N. Brevis or similar shelldweller cichlids. Could use crushed coral substrate to raise your pH.

Or your idea of schoolers and pygmy cories is nice too

Ooo, I've never actually thought of having any shelldwellers before, they seem pretty interesting from my quick skim. I think they'll be next on my list for my long 10G, thanks!
