Might I suggest a high gloss lacquer finish on that as well?
Yeah, I'm debating on weather to use high gloss, semi gloss, or satin. I was thinking of just going with satin, but now that I see the grain I'm thinking high gloss as well! My mother worked in a furniture factory sanding down cabinets for 28 years. After working on this for about 5-6hrs a day on the weekends I don't know how she ever did it! lol. I think the plywood looks really awesome sanded down and stained. It kind of reverses the color. The dark areas in the ply become light areas, and the light areas become dark!

Yeah, and "fish are our friends, not our food!" When you're a young rtc x tsn anything can be your friend one min, and your food the next! Trust me I know!!!

Truly amazing project. I just managed to skim the first 5 pages and the last 3, but will be going back through it in detail.

You've pretty much got the idea, although there is some really good discussion on different ideas for different materials, it's mostly just us guys joking around, but hey if you want a few laughs go ahead and read the nearly 200 pages! You have a better attention span than most:D
