This was once a shark tank for a traveling science education program. The acrylic is about 1.5X the thickness of your normal acrylic tank, and it has been reinforced allong all seams, it will never leak. It was only in use for about a year, then sat in storage for another year, then I bought it and it sat for another year, Then just today I put in all new plumbing, cleaned the tank, bleached the stand, added filter media, and installed the Pump, Heater, and Lights. It is an awesome setup, and I'm tempted to keep it myself, but I really don't need another 200+ gallon aquarium at this point in my life, so my loss your gain. Here are pics.
Asking Price for the Tank $700 FIRM
I also have for sale a 22" ornate bichir (Polypterus ornatipinnis). Great Prehistoric Fish, by far the biggest Bichir I've ever seen, it is even bigger than the ones they used to have at the Belle Isle Aquarium. Here are some pics, they are about a year old, he has grown about an inch and fattened up, But you get the idea.
Asking Price For the Fish Alone $150 FIRM
If you get the tank I'll throw in the fish for half price: $75
Thanks

The tank is located on the I-75 service drive at at Clay St. (first exit north of I-94) and my place has a loading dock the same height as the tailgate of a pickup truck, so loading will be very easy.
