Hey guys,
I'm finally going to take the plunch and start my new DIY aquarium build.
I recently bought my first house and it came with a Stone shed.
first I wanted to build a aquarium in my living room but my girlfriend wasn't so happy with that...
So I'm going to build the aquarium in the Shed.
Next week someone is going to install hot/cold water and a floordrain in the shed so water changes will be done easily.
and the floor will be cemented/reinforced
And i need to isolate the walls and ceiling due to it gets really cold in the winter, so heating might be a problem.
The dimensions of the tank im going to build is 200x200x100(cm)/78.74x78.74x40(inches) about 4000liter/1060Gal.
I'm not sure what kind of fish i want but before recently i was leaning towards rays but i also love big south american cichlids, pacus and large catfish / plecos
so all by all im not sure what i want. what fish would u guys add in the tank? Some stocking advice would be awesome!
This build isnt going to be super fast because im also still renovating my house after my work.
but I'll be doing my best to keep the pictures going.
