6 inches Asian arowana not feeding

This fish is with me from 2 weeks.
Everything was fine and it was feeding shrimpE and market shrimps.
From last 5 days the fish is not feeding anything
First two days it was staying at bottom.
I started with Aquamedi Beflural treatment.
But still it's not feeding but taking the food into mouth and splitting back..
Anybody please help me to solve this issue with him.
Water parameters are good
Nitrate 5ppm
Ammonia 0
TDS 157

Welcome to MFK What is the nitrite level? What is your water change routine? Do you have floating plants to make Aro feel comfortable, and are there other fish in there with the Aro?

it's a barebottom tank
Nitrite is also zero
It was feeding really good for a week
It's been 5 days since it stopped feeding

Water changes every 4 days

Stop with the medication, and see if things get better also if you treated the Aro in the same aquarium you may have killed the bio-bacteria.

stop meds. No reason I use. What's the temp? When my fish stop eating I always go with live nightcrawlers or superworms.
