640gal tank project

Ok so heres the deal,
on june 9th my wife will be having a baby and we will need the room in my living room for baby stuff which means that i will have to move my 100gal tank from the living room to the garage next to the 560.
my plan is to paint the back black no the 100gal and build a sump out of an old 55gal that I have just sitting on the back porch doing nothing.
so with that being said there will be no progress on the 560 untill Ifinish this project.
also, when the baby is born progress will be few and far between.

I liked the two tone myself as i think it would be toned down with age but looks good either way and congrats on the baby,bet you cant wait.

I am very anxous for this tank to be done but I am even more anxous for the baby.
I was hoping to get further on the tanks before the baby is born but i have been having one setback after another, like recently with the oil spill in the gulf of mexico I have been working 12 to 15 hour days building parts for the patch work on the oil leaks.

Yeah, it beefs up my check but working that amount of hours is not that uncommon for me.

More delays!!!!

I broke my ankle today at work which means that the tank will not be worked on for 4 to 6 weeks.
what makes it worse is with me being the only one where i work that knows how to run my computer mill I can not take any time off of work because of the BP oil leak.

Now that's a new way for your employer to get out of an LTI (lost time injury). Sorry to hear about your ankle. I hope it heals quickly!

id say in the meantime, find some branchier (sp?) pieces of driftwood. that log, i feel doesnt do the height of the tank justice.

Somebody stole my creditcard number when I ordered my 2 mag18s and charged 300 bucks worth of stuff from walgreens in Oklahoma and i need to order another pump but I am scared to.
