looking very nice. Does this room have a concrete ceiling or will it be kind of a glass house?

I'm going to use a ceiling that we call sandwich panel. It as 2 blades and in the midle as something to isolate.

I don't know the name but i'm going to search in the inetrnet.

This is very interesting. I love some of the ideas that you have, which probably would be against building codes here in the US.
