Hi there. Recently bred my male flowerhorn and he's developed Hexamatia. Perhaps from breeding and it therefore weakened his immune systems. Due to improper care with perhaps dietary requirements such as overfeeding on my familys behalf, it may have also contributed towards this problem. On wednesday he started to get sick, and stopped eating once we took away his eggs. By night he was no longer swimming or following us like he once did, and instead stayed beside the heater or turned his eye to look at us. He still gets riled up by the mirror though. Now, I noticed that he has grazes on the side of his head as well in this part, and this was when he was still eating. At nighttime he started getting sick and he has white stringy poo which I believe could be a parasite within him. Picture was taken yesterday but he looks the same. His colour is drastically more dull now. Saddens me deeply. He no longer eats and is on medication such as Metronidazole. I just need help figuring it out.
Another flowerhorn we also bought recently has developed some sort of disease. She doesn't poop at all, or at least I noticed she doesn't, and tends to lay down at the bottom of the tank hugging the side wall. As soon as I come though, she gets excited and wants to eat. She will spit out the food (Usually does that all the time) and eats it again. I read that this could be constipation and that supplimenting with fibre is a good idea, so I gave her a few small pieces of lettuce (Maybe 3 pieces if you were to pinch it, the size of a Paracetemol pill.) She eats it, and eats well. Gets very excited when my hand goes above the tank because she knows it's time to eat.
But as she was eating, I noticed that her face had a really weird squishy mesh. Perhaps I'm just new to this and not very good at analysing them close-up but she has these white-ish particles on her face.

I'm still quite new to flowerhorns, and my parents wanted these so I had to take care of them. Any advice is appreciated greatly. I am currently taking a stop to trying to breed my flowerhorns for now until ALL Of them get better and I can see it visually.
