Here goes...
Blue/Black Eyes, No Pigmentation (completely white) = Leucistic
Red/Pink Eyes, No Black Pigment (still has pattern, usually yellow, pinkish, etc. in reptiles, fish, etc.) = Albinistic
Genetically they are completely different traits...
In mammals, Albino's are comepletely white because mammals only have one type of pigment, Melanin (black pigment) and Albinism is a lack of Melanin.
But in many other types of animals, which have much more complex pigmentation and coloring, Albino's are very colorful and usually look like a reverse colored normal organism.

Leucism (usually labelled as "Platinum") is much more common than Albinism in RTC's whereas Albinism is much more common than Leucism in other fish, like Cichlids ("Pink" Convicts are an exception)
