I thought I'd share a few pics of my P. altums with you. I have a few in my large tank, and found some more last weekend. They're in quarantine right now. I love these guys.

220 gal: Coralife Aqualight Freshwater 4x96Watts
40 gal: same thing, 1x 96Watts

Dose with Kent freshwater ferts to adjust iron to 0.25mg/L and dose nitrates to 10-15 mg/L

Absolutely, negatively NO carbon dioxide. It's a myth that you need that for nice plants
