Angelfish Tank Mates

Looking for a list of successful tank mates people have housed with angelfish.

Example. In my Main Angel Tank I have Synodontis Petricola (so cute). So far no issues, has anyone had any issues? Or any other experiences?

over the years i have had various tetras, rams, kribs, bettas, 3 spot gourami, dwarf gourami, corydoras, hoplo cats, bristlenose plecos and I am now testing a group of 4 koi and 4 black angels with my 9" midas.

the black angels are taking a bit of a beating off the koi's so the black angels may have to go. tubby (my midas) is doing well with them, a pair of kribs, BA tetras and a pair of bristlenose plecos.
