It sure does but they are only in the North Atlantic I’m in central FloridaThe thing on the bottom almost looks like a saltwater wolf fish or wolf eel . Whatever they call it. I'm sure there are a million fish that looks like this though

Caught in merrit island fl in sikes creekI agree the one looks like a Goby, and the others look like cichlids, either young uropthalmus that are common in brackish water from Florida to Texas, or just plain Texas cichlids, Herichthys cyannoguttatus found in the same areas.
It might help if you told us where you caught them (what state, which canal).
