60 dollars on the actual site but they sell on ebay too and I noticed the shipping was 20 dollars cheaper.

Your prices are the average prices in SD for captive bred. I suspect the vendor, which I have shopped at in the past, is pulling an "Amazon" where the shipping is included in the price so when you click on check out it says free shipping. It's always possible these expensive ornates are wild caught. They do get wild caught fish from time to time. But, they also deal directly with exporters from SE Asia.

I know somewhere that sell WC ornate that cost less but just need to get hold of him.

Just checked website price is $168 now. HybridFinatic got me thinking about buying a couple delhezi though. $168 for that ornate is a no go for me and I would have to setup a divider so he doesn't snack on my lil lyonsi anyways.

Yeah on Ebay @PetzoneSD they have 2 delhezi bichir for 35 dollars but the shipping is also raised a little from the 40 dollars shipping I spent on 1 bichir for 20 dollars. I highly recommend them from my experience.
