anyone know of any centerpiece fish that can go with guppies?

just wondering for future reference. one day I'm gonna make a nicely scaped tank with either some nebula steel or panda guppies and I can't decide on any centerpiece that would look good...
also while I'm here-
I'm getting some marbled honduran red points eventually...soon...and I'm getting platies as dithers. I'm either thinking of getting some red tailed blue variatus or red tailed gold tuxedo variatus. in your opinion what would look better? I'm stuck with both.

Killifish would make an interesting addition to the tank.

I'd stick to one guppy type, will be more uniform and no breed mixing. Just my thoughts

I'm just testing some endler guppy with my appistogramma borelli, pretty little dwarf cichlids.

I've kept a huge crayfish in a guppy tank before, guppies are really good at not becoming crayfood

i have a 10g guppy tank...and have always had a crowntail or half moon betta in with them....
I've heard of bettas that like chewing on male guppies, but I guess its hit or miss.
Swordtails (a nice male could be beautiful, I have one as the centerpiece for my 55, and he runs after me when I come to the tank like he thinks he's a cichlid, and puts the bigger rainbows in their place :) ) Mollies or platies, pick an outgoing but not aggressive male. killies, paradise fish, glass catfish (The little kind that comes from India), a mini upside down cat,

I like the blue gularis killies, as well as the variety of swordtails... both are pretty much the same other than ease of breeding and color variety. the killies take 2 months for their eggs to hatch while swordtails as you know pop out babies all the time.
I might just consider a red albino paradise fish, those are nice and live quite awhile.
both the killi and the swords live like 3-5 years. seems like awhile... but 3 years with my halfmoon betta wasn't long enough for me.
give me at least 8 years with a fish I'd be happy. I'm ok with living with my geckos for the next
15-20 years.
