Are these spots in my figure 8 puffer part of the fish skin design?

Please see attached photos, these are white big spots in the texture of the skin and as you can it’s stomach always is like this big. He eats and swims well and isn’t aggressive towards other fishes.

I believe that’s the coloration, looks fine to me
