argus monitors for sale

The time is coming and i will be moving into an apartment in September, I saw the apartment and i probably could fit 2 eight foot cages or one thats over 12 feet but i dont want to risk it. With all my other animals it would be a tight fit so its better to be safe then sorry as i def dont want to see them go into some little cage. So im putting up my trio of argus monitors for sale and is just going to work with my gecko, tortoise and other lizard species as these will take up less room.

here some pics but there old ones, im going to take some new ones toomorrow.

smaller female (she is about 34 inches and 10 months, in a month or two she should be laying. MY larger female below laid when she was 10 months so this girl should be ready as well

male (he is 10 months and about 36 inches and by december he should hit about 4ft) old pics

female (proven girl, she has laid 3 clutches so far and she 1.5 yrs old) She is about 36-38 inches and about full grown, she may grow another 4-6 inches but most likely will stay at her current length.

All of these monitors are kept in a 8x4x4 and a 8x4x5 cage with 1-2.5 feet of dirt, 130-160 f basking spots, a large cat litter box for water, and are fed mice,quails,chicks,fish, and small rats 2-4 times a week depeding on the amount of food offered. Any one interested in purchasing this will need to send me pics of the cage they will be housing them in

No, I think that sounds about right on the size or maybe a little bigger than that, but "super huge" would be something like a water monitor or croc monitor.

Well, I knew they didnt get salvadorii sized, but I had always thought they got at least 5'
But then again I never really read into them all that much.

Sorry i been busy lately, male argus usually get 4ft- to a little under 5ft while females top off at 36-42 inches

The smaller female has been sold to a zoo, just waiting on paperwork so im offering the remaining adult proven female and the cool looking sub adult male for only 680 shipped. basically a steal as shipping will be 80 to possibly over 100. I have seen proven females by themselfs sell for over 500 and a nice male like this would run for 250+ and that wouldnt include shipping so this is a great price for a proven girl along with a nice looking male.

Heres some new pics of the male, he wasnt washed off so hes a little dirty but you can still see some of his colors. Hes Alot brighter in person

So the pair will be 680 shipped or i will take some possible offers on trades as i need a few animals for my groups. (female sudan uros, male eytpian uro, both male and female fat tailed geckos) I may be interested in small tortoise species but would want at least 1.3 or larger on these. Let me know and we can work something out, even if you see something on the classifieds i may be interested in and if it fits what im looking for, you may be able to save some cash.
