Hello. For the past 2 days my 3 year old arowana stays atbtye bottom of the tank, then will swim frantically up to get air this happens every 5 mins. All water oaraeters are good. No changes in the tank.

How big is the aro? Tankmates? Maybe an injury. Does it have any buoyancy probs? I’d get that ammonia on down below 40ppm as much as possible. Reduce any stress. Dim the lights, not startle the fish and provide clean water.

1 foot and only 1 bichir that he's been since day 1.everthying was ok 2 days ago. Aftive and eats well. No bouayancy issues
