Arowana mouth slightly open?

My arowana has been swimming around with its mouth slightly open for the last 2 days. I found yesterday that my PH was crashed so I corrected that. Other then that my nitrates are on the high side but i do large water changes every 3 days. Has anyone had this happen before? It is still eating but having trouble doing so.

Happens after jumping and hitting something in a few members from a while ago. Sometimes a dislocated jaw is the result with a slightly opened mouth. Eating ok?

Hi, so any update on what’s was cause for above? Was it because of mouth injury or water parameters ? What was solution? Did you do any kind of medication or did it resolve on its own? Thanks
