My Arowana Poster

A Purple Red Arowana

What is this Arowana? Was this fish dyed or given hormones to produce the purple color on the scales? Or did fish Farms actually selectively breed this fish to attain this purple color?:D

Back in action!
Fry from the same parents will often have different base colours. Purple is one of the base colours, but rarer. I think the most common base colour for reds is green.

Then this fish was naturally bred this way with a purple base without being given hormones or any other alterations!?!

Wicked!
