What's a good tankmate for an asian and a silver arowana (seperate tanks). I don't mid snails, crustaceans, fish or anything just that it can eat various type of algae, doesn't bother the arowana and wont be bothered by the arowana and dosen't have a huge bioload.

Ramshorn snails is my suggestion. Ticks all the boxes (obviously doesn't bother an arowana nor will be bothered, small bioload, and mine were able to very effectively clear my 110 liter of black-blue algae at least).

Won't the arowana eat them? and are they the type of snail that breed and multiply like crazy?

Generally speaking, I don't think the arowana would eat them. Not only are they usually on the bottom and away from the arowana, they have a hard shell that would likely be put off by and it's likely the arowana would not see them as worthwhile to eat because they are so small.

As for multiplying like crazy, you likely are thinking of trumpet snails. This is no guarantee as to how fast yours will multiply, but mine have multiplied at a very moderate rate even in a heavily planted tank and a lot of food.

Good luck!
