I live on Guam and I caught this at the beach. Can anyone identify this please? He's about six inches long.

I've seen that exact coloration and design somewhere. I just can't remembr where.

I'M SUCH A RETARD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I remember where I saw that design. It was a Gymnothorax richardsonii that I owned. I'm such a dork. Anyway, that's the only time I've seen that particular design.

Thanks! I think you are right about it being a Gymnothorax richardsonii. There are a lot in my area. I think I'll cath two more to keep it company. we also have some Echidna polyzona this one I had on a fish hook while fishing and I let him go I totally forgot about my moray tank. Next time though.
