Baby peacock bass for rosequeen, NY/PU

Just bought 2 baby peacock bass around 3", want to trade one of them for a female rosequeen(a red/purple color, not white or yellow)

is that good or bad? I believe this red-eye is an occel too because it has very nice dark gold color and vertical bar, and the white-eye could be orinos(rounded spots) or mono(red tail coming out already), most likely mono.

The reason i am trading this one is because i've had it for two days, and it only ate a little of blood worms, but the silver peacock attacks shrimps and bloodworm viciously before the food landed.
