Man, this looks like it's going to turn out really sharp! Are you planning to run a UV sterilizer on the system to limit algae growth on that cool background? Mind sharing the tank's back wall width and height? Anything you wish you had done differently so far?

I haven't thought about running a uv light. But that sounds like a good idea. I would like some algae growth.

Width 4'
No regrets up to this point. I have a friend coming over in the morning to help. I hope it fits well the first time. Going to do a dry fit first.

I have a tank w/ the exact same dimensions and the last time I looked at commercial backgrounds I was pretty surprised. I bet the freight's still a booger too.

I also have some pretty good sized fish in that tank... like multiple giraffe cats that are around 2' or so. I'm guessing those boulders are light weight foam and would get tossed around easily(?) Looking forward to seeing how it turns out for sure.

The bottom rocks are made from fiberglass and are weighted. But I'm also not keeping monster fish. Got my background on black friday 25% off. I thought about it for several years and finally pulled the trigger.
