More progress ; The wife came through in the clutch again. She has helped a ton these past couple of days; I need to do some laundry for her or something to repay her... I wish I could say I was done, but there's much more to do...tomorrow I'll work on the center braces, then silicone the seams. While that cures, the rest of the bracing will be done and I will do a rough map of my plumbing routes. My 1st thought is to put an 1 1/4" o/f in each corner, kind of like the All Glass Aquarium ones...

Have you thought about putting a 2x4 or something in the corners to give a little more strength?

More progress!! Not as much as I would like at this point, but everything takes so long to cure/dry with this @#$% humidity I have no choice but to be patient... The vertical 2x4s will hopefully keep the bowing to a minimal amount; they'll be tied together by the 1x6 drying in the last pic. I am sealing that with spar urethane. I believe the other two braces will remain 1x4s and be placed at 2' and 6'; I want to keep my corners free so I have more room for the o/f's. I tried to find some lt blue paint to match the epoxy, but no luck without spending yet more money to custom match... so I went with this latex acrylic I found in Home Depot; at least it's blue...
