Betta fish eye looks cloudy?

Cloudy eye or possibly scraped it on something. Clean water should help clear it up.
It's in my moms tank, I had it in my tank but she kept getting bullied, so I really can't do much, I guess I'll reintroduce her back into my tank to see if she does better in there
