Dang, I’ve been ordering all sorts of stuff - heck, most of my stuff including filters - from them since 2007. Them and Pet Boulevard … but Pet Boulevard closed five years ago. I’m getting old. Lol.

Seriously, I’m at a loss.
Where else do you guys & gals order cheap food, spare parts, equipment?

i need your help here… thanks!

Sad to hear. I get a lot of my stuff from ebay.

Are there big al stores in the states or is it just online?
The only one that I knew of was here in Pennsylvania just outside of Philly. It ceased being a Big Als a few years after opening and became a Pets Plus.

What's your beef with Amazon?

What's your beef with Amazon?
same beef i have will Walmart, they make it impossible for small business to exist. They even copy small business products sold on their website and sell at a lower rate to squash said business. they are predatory and effectively erode main street. They also do not pay their share of taxes, treat employees like indentured servants.
Bill Bradley said it best, if you want to save the world spend all your money near where you live. That helps your town, your neighbors and long term helps you by keeping small locally owned businesses in business. Basic resource economic principles. What typically happens is ppl predominately shop through these massive retailers, then local business close, local jobs erode then pricing on the big box group suddenly increases to higher rates than were seen under small businesses
I have friends in operations, warehousing and engineering all of which say it's a horrible company to work for. always what just happened with the tornado in case you need additional anecdotes.

Something I'm pretty passionate about and it correlates to my education and beliefs. Be a local hero!
