I would like at some point to acquire lemon cichlids (Neolamprologus leleupi) but researching them has been odd and confused, so figured I'd see if I get some better opinions here seeing as I was concerned over potential aggression issues with them in a community tank. Its easier to ask now and prevent then try to resolve a preventable situation later etc.
The likely tank mates these fish would encounter ( based off current and future stocking if I can get the tank I want to put them in )
Moonlight Gouramis, Angelfish, African Butterfly Fish, Siamese Algae Eaters, Pictus, Hoplo Catfish, Plecos(Scarlet, Royal etc), Spiny Eels.
Difficult to name too many exact specifics right now, but I want to know based off these any immediate issues people might see with fish of these sizes or attitude etc.
