Black Ghost Knife Pale

Perfect water conditions with bgk looking pale the last few weeks.
Any ideas on what it could be mfk'er?

How long have you had it? Is it eating ok? Any odd behaviour?

What are it's tankmates? Do you have any driftwood or plants in the aquarium ?

It's a friends bgk and it's been fine for many months. Water parameters are perfect with an Amazon driftwood and almond leaves setup.

So it’s been in the same tank but suddenly started turning pale? They do turn more pale as they grow as well so could it just be that? If everything else is good and nothings changed I wouldn’t worry to much
