blue mahseer max size?

hi everyone, just researching fish as usual and I came across some local blue masher, there doesn't seem to much info. on one link it said that blue masher max out at 12 inch, is this true?

This site said they can grow up to 70cm or 28". Oscar may eat them if they fit in Oscar mouth
