you can but you have to be careful about the deformities

From my understanding, you can breed fish siblings for up to 6 generations without ill affect...though I would advise adding new blood (fish) to help renew population.

There would be nothing that would stop you from breeding the siblings. Multiple generations of inbreeding could lead to deformities, but then again, still should see any issues with getting them to breed.
