Brown algae

Hi DeathBeserker, Welcome!

Physically removing most of it helps a lot.

Reduce nutrient input (fish food, fertiliser). 50% water changes every 2-3 days (treat it, heat it and aerate it). Reduce light, try 6 hours. American Flag fish or shrimp will devour it quickly but without regular nutrient export, water changes, it will persist.

You can try hydrogen peroxide but it will damage your fish and plants if you over do it.

After it has died back a bit, reset your maintenance routine and feed regime. Start small and slowly add more.

Your plants when healthy can resist algae and starve it from getting a hold again. You may need full spectrum lights and CO2. I had this recently and I found I was actually nitrogen deficient and in the end that was what cured my out break.
