Not aggressive but can stress out other tank mates from being harassed.

Yep,also known as the sickleband tetra in some circles.

I was after a few back when I was into characins but couldn't find any at the time.

In groups they’ll be preoccupied with themselves. Normally harass other fish but yea that can happen.
