Can I overfeed my Baby Turtle

I have a 6 month old juvenile Yellow-bellied Slider. I feed him the Zoo med pellets and a few Romane Lettuce leaves. He seems kinda fat near his back legs.

⇔I feed him 2 pinchs per feeding session every morning/night, is that too much? Do I over feed him? He's always begging for food.
⇔How much should I feed him. He's 6months old, and 2--4 inches long.

So, I got a new RES from my Sister in law this weekend, and she put some of her food in a baggie for me. So, I have no instructions on feeding. How much do I feed him?? She gave me one bag of Turtle pellets, and it came from a big green bag, that she said was around $50 a bag, and really good foo...

It seems from that group above and a few other resources that the amount of food you feed is about the size of their head.
