Can i use pimafix with interpet anti white spot?

I have a 60litre juwel rekord 60 which has been setup and running for about 2 months this is the second time of setting up after haveing problems first time around.

Water parameters are

0 no2
4.d gh
10.d kh
7.2 ph
0 cl2
0 ammonia

Tank is planted with live plants i also have a hydor airio 1 in there. I added 5 platys from a local lfs last monday on the second day i noticed a white spot on the tail of one platy on day 3 it had a cpl more and i also noticed a second platy with 1 spot. I immedialty treated with 5.5ml of interpet anti whitespot plus after removing the carbon sponge from the filter.

i doesed with another 5.5ml today on day 4 as per the instructions i now have 7 days then i must do a 30% water change and i can either redose or add the carbon back.

Today however i noticed one platy with a white growth on it's bottom lip and also a cresent moon piece missing from it's tail with white around that also which suggest to me bacteria or fungus.

I have heard good things about pimafix but i wanted to know if i can use it with the anti whitespot treatment or do i wait get rid of the white spot first and then treat the other?

Ingrediesnts of the white spot treatment for those that are not familiar with it are.
Formaldehyde 5,000mg
malachite green oxalate 47mg.

I would wait. Some of that ich cure medicine is really strong and stresses the fish out. If you have 2 medicines including the ich medicine the fish could be really stressed out. Just wait the couple days and then dose with pimafix.
