Can you own Walking Catfish in Ohio? Where to buy?

https://www.tropicalfishkeeping.com/threads/banned-fish-in-ohio.17251/I was just down in Naples Florida last weekend (and went to Viktor’s rescue too) and seen several walking catfish owners and really want one. I know they were illegal down in Florida but idk.
That was back in 2008 and they got unbanned in Florida technically but still need a permit
