Went swimming, bricks in to support filters higher, changed design of central 'island' to be more supportive. Pumped water from paddling pool to continue filling. leak at 20" depth on far right of right hand window. Dropped level to 19", will look at fixing it tomorrow or Monday.

Also, one of my cats has manged to get under the tarp where i haven't stuck it down properly...........this may prove a problem!:nilly::ROFL:

nightmare, not a easy thing to do eh m8. hope u get leak sorted and tarp prob deffo sounds bad.
At least i know where the leak is this time:headbang2 Been informed of a local koi place that will have the sealant i'm after, might be a while before i go get some now and then carry on filling. Currently emptying the last of the water from the paddling pool so i can remove that and then move all the bits of furniture that are cluttering the house up out to where they're supposed to be.

Not seen any catfish movement under the tarp today, he probably found his way out. Will do a proper sweep and make sure all fish are accounted for before(when!) i stick it down.

There's about 600gal (us) of water in there now which is more than they ever had in the paddling pool so will leave them with that for the time being and continue topping it up once i've patched the leak and stuck the tarp back down during water changes. All the fish seem very happy and are out a lot more now than they were in the pool:)

Thanks matey.

It's definately worth doing when you see those fish happy and swimming around through the glass for the first time:headbang2 Doing this was the reason i bought a house!

Update? Nothing to update really. Still not put any effort in to sorting out patching the leaky bit or sticking down the tarp so not put anymore water in yet either, but the fish seem happy with what they've got. So have some pictures to enjoy!

Carpet's almost dry, room smells strongly of febreeze, and paddling pool space put to a better use! First proper frontal 'full tank' shot rather than from the corner of the room. 1 of the 2 strip lights has died so just down to 1 5' light now:(

I think something hard as nails has been fin nibbling as both my pangasius are missing bits of tail and so is Wolfy the dovii (that said, Wolfy is useless, saw him get a whooping off a channel cat whose under-box space he wanted the other day:screwy:) And think this is good photographic evidence that Dovii, Jaguar Cichlid, and Red Devil's CAN all live peacefully together!

Both Clarius Cats are visible today so don't think there's a cat under the tarp anymore but will still have to check when i do get around to sticking it down.
