What is the diff. between these two catfish? Will a blue channel catfish tolerate all the same water params?

There is only just channel catfish, everyone added the blue part because they couldn't tell the difference between a channel cat, and a blue cat, hence a blue channel catfish, but now there's a twist. There is a hybrid of the two, and technically it could be called a blue channel catfish, but what is seen in the hobby is a normal colored channel catfish(commonly refered to as blue channel catfish), and the albino version(sometimes called a golden channel catfish).

Thanks guys/girls. I was just wondering because channel cats are native to my area. I guess I gonna have to grow a few albino's and blue channels out to a good 8'' or so and throw them in the pond. Do they grow quick like an rtc or tsn?

One more ?....What are some more cold water cats that could survive winters in a pond in Northern Ca? That wont get eaten by largemouth.
