They will be fine, years ago i had a tank where every corydoras was a different species and they all hung out together nicely.
These days i think it looks better and probably is better for the fish for them all to be the same species but you wont have a problem if you mix and match.
Corys are not picky about who they school with. The only issue I have with mixing them is the potential of cross spawning. I have about 7 different species groups of corys and am considering combining them all in one group.
