You have three potential problems here.
1.) Electric Blue Crayfish are usually P. alleni, which are extremely aggressive and actively hunt fish. Occasionally, you will get a few that don't but for the most part they aren't a wise choice to mix with fish. I'd suggest finding another species of crayfish to mix with fish, some of the Cherax species or Orconectes species.
2.) Angels have long, delicate fins which are easily grasped, nipped and torn... which a crayfish will be prone to do. Especially if hunting or defending space. In a large enough tank, however, this problem would be avoided because they will inhabit two different levels of the tank.
3.) The EBJD will want to make snacks out of the crayfish, especially when they are molting. Cichlids in general are very good at rooting out crayfish, and getting to them even in hiding spots.
Personally, I've only been able to keep smaller cichlids with larger crayfish (like Aussie Red Claws) without having much damage done to either side. Not to say the set-up isn't possible, but it's got a few potential issues that could be fatal.
