I am curious what brand or type of pellets you guys give your bass. Also list what else you feed them.

I’ll start by telling you what pellets I feed. Hikari bio gold, hikari bio gold plus, and tetra cichlid sticks as a staple. They get frozen food(shrimps, tilapia, and flounder) 2-4 times a week.

Hikari sticks, Massivore, Shrimp, Cichlid Bio Gold on occasion they dont like these too much

Still training mine to eat traditional pellets. I’ll get them on massivore and bio gold soon enough but I feed mine FD Krill, hikari floating carnivore sticks, frozen silversides, and dried anchovies from the Asian market. They love these dried anchovies which are very high in protein and calcium.

You can get them on amazon.

Anything from Hikari. I read on here somewhere something about Hikari using a lot of filler and that it’s not the best brand out there but I haven’t had any issues feeding it.

i think all pellets used fillers or else we would be paying an arm and leg for a 2lbs bag. Here is a good video explaining fish foods. Good info starting at 6:45
