Hi. I am selling my 4 player, vintage (circa 1986) Cyberball arcade game. It is fully operational, however it does have some minor cosmetic imperfections on the cabinet (as do most vintage arcade games). It also comes with the original Operator's Manual.
In the year 2022, robot football is the most popular sport where each team attempts to score before the ball temperature reaches critical and explodes, possibly taking a star machine with it. The ball is defused by selecting running/passing plays and getting the ball past the 50-yard line or the goal. Players may buy upgraded robots with team funds earned by performing well in the game.
Whenever a player scores the ball immediately turns critical, forcing the conversion 1-2 point to be executed swiftly or risk losing a player from an exploding football. The offensive player is the quarterback until the ball has been passed, then the play control changes over to the receiver. The defensive player is allowed to choose the key position for his play. Using the turbo button for optional speed boost, the defense can tackle or intercept.
I am asking $1500, or best offer, for the game and I will also deliver it to your residence free of charge provided that I get full asking price and that you live within 20 miles of Sewell, NJ. If you live further than that, we may be able to work something out....just let me know. I will also ship via Freight, but it is somewhat costly depending where you live.
This game is a classic, and there are not very many around at all! I've seen them for sale on eBay for $2,000 or more.
