Dat disease or just a scrape?

I had to move all of the fish and water out of my grow out yesterday and into a new tank (100% same water, filtration, heater, other fish, etc, only difference is the tank which is also the same size) noticed this on my datnoid this evening. Any advice welcome

Noticed what? That white spot that is part of the curved lateral line of spots.

Thank you for the reply I’ve now circled what I noticed in red. It’s more like a small bump and isn’t apart of his usual markings. Only noticed it yesterday so wasn’t sure whether it was a scrape where I moved him.

What are your water parameters, and what temperature?

I’ll check the water parameters when I get home. The temp is constantly 24 degrees Celsius

Add some salt for now, 1 tsp per g. Make sure tank is cycled and nitrates are below 20ppm. Could be just some fungus or viral disease. Update as it goes.
